Job summary

The Ladders seeks a Manager, Product Trainer Neuro - Immunology to lead the design and delivery of training programs that strengthen product knowledge and disease-state understanding across the organization.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to build role-specific learning experiences, shape continuing education content, assess learning needs, and ensure training investments are deployed effectively across the portfolio. This is a remote role with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 2–5 years of pharmaceutical experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of product, disease-state, and portfolio.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Fluency in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to partner across various functions.

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Product Trainer Neuro - Immunology- Multiple Positions to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will lead the development and delivery of training programs that strengthen product knowledge, disease-state understanding, and customer-facing readiness across the organization. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to build role-specific learning experiences that support field effectiveness and consistency. The position also plays a key part in shaping continuing education content, assessing learning needs, and ensuring training investments are deployed effectively across the portfolio.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $126,000 – $234,000 annually
