Job summary

Amgen in the United States is seeking a Sr Manager, Sales Training for UPLIZNA Neurology (NMOSD & gMG). You will lead Learning & Performance strategy and execution for field training, onboarding, and ongoing development across neuroimmunology and neuromuscular care settings.

This is a U.S.-based, remote field leadership role reporting to the Director of Learning and Performance. You will lead a team of two, shape curriculum, and partner with Brand to align learning with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2+ years of Sales Training experience.
• Masters degree with 4+ years of Sales Training experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of Sales Training experience.
• Associates degree with 10+ years of Sales Training experience.
• High school diploma + 12 years of Sales Training experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Learning & Performance strategy and execution for UPLIZNA Neurology (NMOSD & gMG).
• Oversee onboarding, field learning, advanced training, and curricula.
• Partner with Brand on strategy and planning; coordinate across teams.
• Coach and develop Learning staff; engage field teams and customers.
