Novartis AG is seeking a Product Trainer for remote work anywhere in the United States. The role focuses on designing and delivering innovative learning solutions for field teams, spanning onboarding to ongoing development, in collaboration with medical, marketing, and other cross-functional partners.

The position requires a BA/BS and 2–5 years of pharmaceutical experience, with strong presentation, facilitation, and AI fluency expected. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualificações

• BA/BS required.
• 2-5 years pharmaceutical experience preferred (sales, sales training, or marketing).
• Strong presentation, facilitation and platform skills.
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) fluency.
• Strong communication (oral/written) & interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of portfolio strategy, business priorities, and tactics.
• Ability to partner across functions including commercial, medical, market access, patient services, capabilities and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support the design, development, and implementation of curricula for product, disease-state, portfolio, and core capability learning across the field.
• Develop content for continuing education and internal training meetings with Therapeutic Area leadership.
• Identify, adapt, and promote existing internal learning assets relevant to the field.
• Conduct ongoing learning needs analyses using feedback and performance data to refine training strategy and curriculum.
• Develop role-specific curricula for diverse customer-facing teams and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
• Support vendor selection, negotiate contracts for learning solutions, and manage training budgets and deliverables.
• Lead and facilitate training programs across the product portfolio with stakeholders to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
