Job summary

Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation is seeking a Product Trainer to design, develop, and deliver instructor-led and eLearning solutions for customer-facing field teams across the portfolio. You will collaborate with GM, Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, Medical, and external vendors to build knowledge in disease states, portfolio, and territory management.

The role spans onboarding to ongoing development, partnering with the broader Training team to ensure engaging learning

Qualifications

BA/BS required.
2-5 years pharmaceutical experience preferred across Sales, Sales training or Marketing.
Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of product, disease-state, portfolio, and core curricula.
Develop content for continuing education and internal training meetings and partner with Therapeutic Area leadership.
Identify, adapt, and promote existing learning assets relevant to the field.
Perform needs analyses using feedback, field interactions, performance insights, and SME input to refine training strategy.
Create role-specific curricula for diverse customer-facing teams to strengthen collaboration.
Support vendor selection, contract negotiations, and manage training budgets and deliverables.
Lead and facilitate training programs across the product portfolio with stakeholders.
