Job summary

Azad Technology Partners is seeking a System Architect to provide support to the Unified Communications organization within the IT department at the facility. The role includes designing and maintaining the facility's networking connectivity, supporting VoIP and Cisco-based solutions to ensure high availability.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in LAN/WAN design, IP trunk integration, and VoIP systems in virtual environments, with hands-on work on Cisco Voice Gateways, SBCs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field preferred.
• 11+ years with bachelor's, 13+ with associate, or 15+ with no degree in related IT fields.
• Experience with IP trunk integration, VoIP tech and Cisco Voice products.
• Proficiency in network monitoring and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration of Voice/VoIP systems and 24/7 availability.
• Design, install, troubleshoot and maintain networking and VoIP infrastructure.
• Evaluate SIP trunk performance and ensure high availability of communications.
• Document VoIP activities and support disaster recovery planning.
