ExtraHop is seeking a Global Support Engineer I to support a remote-first, flexible shift. This growth role offers hands-on networking infrastructure exposure and the chance to help customers secure their networks using ExtraHop tools.

You will work with cross-functional teams to diagnose complex issues, handle tickets, and learn continuously in a fast-paced environment with occasional in-person trainings.

Qualifications

• Two years of B2B technical support experience.
• In-depth knowledge of OSI model and network routing/switching.
• Understanding data traversal and interaction with external networks.
• Networking protocols: DHCP, TCP, DNS, TLS, HTTP, SSO.
• Ability to translate concepts into troubleshooting best practices.

Responsabilités

• Provide hardware and firmware deployment support for appliances.
• Engage in troubleshooting following documentation.
• Assist with ticket handling and escalation when needed.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Assist customers with network infrastructure configuration and integrations.
• Maintain professional customer communications across channels.
• Attend regular in-office meetings/training as required.
