Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, or closely related technical field.
• Demonstrated expertise or coursework in AI/ML or applied data science.
• 6+ years in network planning, telecom strategy, data analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years leading or mentoring a team.
• Proven ability to develop executive content—transforming data into structured, visuals for VP/SVP.
• Exceptional strategic communication skills for high-level audiences.
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, Excel).
• Understanding of capital budgeting, cost-savings, and financial governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop outward-facing strategic messaging for initiatives and investment priorities.
• Create executive-level PowerPoint decks and SLT/SteerCo materials.
• Collaborate with VPs to shape leadership-facing messaging.
• Establish a cohesive framework linking network planning to enterprise priorities.
