Job summary

Lumen is building the AI-ready communications practice and seeks a senior lead communications manager to guide how product strategy and technology are explained to employees. • Experience advising and influencing senior leaders and developing executive-level communications.
• Ability to translate complex product, network, and technology topics into clear narratives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted communications advisor to product and technology leaders, advising on messaging and employee engagement.
• Shape executive narratives and prepare presentations, town halls, and leadership communications.
• Develop and manage integrated communication plans for enterprise-wide product and technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Strategy, HR, and Public Relations to align storytelling across channels.
