Job summary

Palo Alto Networks, Inc. is seeking a domain consultant for network security transformation. You will provide technical expertise and guidance in customers' network security and zero trust journey, defining solutions across on-prem, cloud, and security services.

You will collaborate with sales, present to customers at all levels, lead demonstrations, and architect solutions to strengthen security posture while aligning with customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in pre-sales or sales engineering in Zero Trust, Networking, SaaS Security or SSE/SASE.
• Experience with L2-L4 Networking (Spanning Tree, VLANs/trunking, IP routing incl. OSPF and BGP).
• Outstanding customer communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English with strong presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to propose and develop customer solutions within your specialization.
• Present to customers at all levels, from practitioners to senior leadership.
• Lead and support customer demonstrations showcasing our value proposition.
• Own technical validation activities and ensure wins on opportunities.
• Architect solutions to strengthen and simplify customer security posture.
• Document high-level designs and key use cases for implementation.
• Discuss industry trends and evolving security landscape with customers.
• Position Palo Alto Networks solutions against requirements and competitors.
• Serve as main technical contact for Network Security and respond to RFIs/RFPs.
