Qualifications

• Telecom real estate macro new build PM experience.
• Experience coordinating site acquisition agents and vendors.
• Carrier experience preferred (Verizon).
• Familiarity with Midwest/central region projects.
• Proficient with database tracking systems and FUZE.
• Ability to forecast deliverables and manage timelines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Oversee macro new build telecom real estate projects.
• Manage site acquisition vendors and A&E partners.
• Forecast work flow and track milestones to Real Estate Complete.
• Obtain governmental approvals and permits.
• Coordinate with internal teams; manage PO process.
• Support special projects and onboarding with minimal training.
