Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Network Real Estate Specialist to lead macro new build projects in the Great Plains submarket. The role involves overseeing site acquisition vendors, managing workflow forecasts, and obtaining necessary permits.

You will collaborate with internal teams and drive the program to completion with strong prioritization and self-motivation. The ideal candidate has telecom real estate experience, carrier exposure, especially Verizon, and proven ability to forecast

Formación

• Experience in telecom/wireless network real estate macro new build projects.
• Proven ability to manage site acquisition agents and other vendors.
• Carrier experience preferred, especially with Verizon.
• Experience forecasting deliverables and maintaining database fields.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee macro new build real estate projects across assigned market.
• Manage site acquisition agents and third-party vendors to meet milestones.
• Forecast work flow and deliverables; track progress in database tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams for approvals, permits and PO management.
• Drive projects forward with minimal supervision and prioritization of competing tasks.
