Varite Inc. is seeking a Real Estate Specialist focused on Macro network builds in the Florida/Georgia/Alabama submarket. You will drive site acquisition, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors and project teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You should have 5+ years in telecom site acquisition or real estate and strong project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and regulatory compliance. This is a long-term contract role in the southeastern US.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecom site acquisition or real estate (5+ yrs).
• Project management experience (5+ yrs).
• High attention to detail is required.
• Must manage macro real estate processes in FL/GA/AL.

Responsabilités

• Drive project completion and site acquisition.
• Track vendor performance and update project trackers.
• Ensure leasing, zoning, environmental and regulatory compliance.
• Work across multiple systems.
• Manage project budgets and deployment calls with vendors and teams.
• Insure all parties are aware of project status and conduct deployment calls.
• Focus on macro real estate builds or modifications in the Florida/Georgia/Alabama submarket.

Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for driving project completion and site acquisition
• Tracking vendor performance, ensuring project trackers are updated, conforming to all leasing, zoning/permitting, environmental, and regulatory compliance policies
• Will be required to work in multiple systems
• Manage project budgets
• Participate in deployment calls with vendors, third parties and project team
• Insure that all parties are aware of project status
• Conduct deployment calls
• This opening is for a Real Estate Specialist in the Florida/Georgia/Alabama submarket focusing on Macro network builds. You will be responsible for managing real estate macro new build process or managing real estate macro modification process.
• This opening is to manage the Macro Real Estate process in Florida/Georgia/Alabama submarket. You will be focused on either macro modification or macro initial builds. Must have skills (Most Important):
• Experience in telecom site acquisition or real estate. (5 yrs +)
• Project Management Experience (5 yrs +)
• High Attention to Detail Desired

Skills

• Must have strong ability to be organized, hold vendors accountable for desired progress, provide deadlines and deliverables within needed SLAs as set by project manager.
• Financial or PO experience.
• Experience working for a telecom provider previously is a plus. Education/ Certification:
