Job summary

Lightspeed Networks is seeking an experienced professional to join the provisioning and network operations teams at our Portland, OR facility. The role focuses on UC services provisioning, circuit design, and service activation across Ethernet, Internet, and UC deployments.

You will collaborate with Order Management, Field resources, and customers to gather requirements, validate capabilities, and ensure timely delivery. A strong background in carrier-grade networks is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data communications or networking or equivalent education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience provisioning UC services in a hosted voice environment.
• 2+ years in a mission-critical 7x24x365 NOC or service activation environment.

Responsibilities

• Provisioning knowledge with PBX systems and UC services.
• Coordinate with Order Management and Field resources for service turn-up.
• Document and maintain order status updates in the OSS.
