Job summary

Softheon is seeking a Network Manager to own the design and health of our network across on-prem and cloud environments. You will lead the network team, drive improvements, and coordinate security and infrastructure initiatives from a remote-first setting.

The role requires hands-on engineering, strong leadership, and a focus on reliability, security, and scalable performance. Candidates must reside in the United States and be prepared for occasional travel and after-hours support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience managing enterprise network infrastructure in on-premises and cloud environments.
• Experience leading a technical or network team.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, architecture, and health of the network infrastructure across on-premises and cloud.
• Lead and develop network team members and manage on-call rotation.
• Implement security controls, incident response, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Security, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams on initiatives.
• Ensure network reliability, performance, and compliance with standards.
