Job summary

NetCov is seeking a Networking Team Manager in a remote US-based role. You will lead and oversee a team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining client network infrastructures to ensure security, scalability, and reliability.

The role requires 7+ years in IT infrastructure management with leadership experience, strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and cloud migrations, plus ITIL/Agile practices and excellent client communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of on-premises infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and operating systems.
• Proven experience in managing cloud migration projects.
• Excellent IT service management knowledge and best practices.
• Strong project management skills with ITIL and/or Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead network team to develop and implement network strategies.
• Mentor and develop network engineers; conduct performance reviews.
• Serve as primary contact for high-profile client projects and handoffs.
• Plan projects with timelines, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Monitor network performance, KPIs, and ensure SLA adherence.
• Collaborate across departments to coordinate resources.
