Alignerr is seeking an IAM Analyst for AI training, focusing on realistic identity and access scenarios to improve how frontier AI systems understand access-control failures.

Role is remote, hourly, and contract-based with 10–40 hours per week. You’ll analyze IAM/Sso patterns, classify permission issues, and review zero-trust designs, delivering precise, structured feedback to guide AI reasoning.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms.
• Solid understanding of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and access review processes.
• Familiarity with how identity failures emerge and how attackers exploit them.

Responsibilities

• Analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and risk patterns.
• Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity-related failures with precision.
• Review zero-trust architectures and evaluate access design decisions.
• Generate and validate realistic identity security scenarios used to train and evaluate AI systems.
• Provide structured, expert feedback that directly shapes how AI reasons about enterprise security.
