You will mentor a high-performing team, champion automation and DevOps, and drive initiatives to improve security, reliability, and service delivery, while aligning with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 10+ years of professional experience in enterprise networking.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of modern enterprise networking architectures, resiliency, SRE, security, observability, and performance optimization.
• Experience with public/private/hybrid cloud environments and cloud networking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of network services strategy and roadmap to support business goals.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of network engineers.
• Ensure delivery of initiatives within timelines and budgets.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements in reliability, security, and customer experience.
• Champion automation, Agile, DevOps, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Guide evolution of network technologies to support cloud-first strategies.
• Establish repeatable processes and governance for high-quality network services.
• Partner with stakeholders to align network capabilities with business needs.
• Develop talent through coaching, workforce planning, and succession planning.
