Job summary

You will diagnose issues, deploy devices, reconfigure networks, and participate in Azure AD configurations; 2–4 years of networking experience and CCNA/CCNP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in networking or related field.
• 2–4 years of networking experience required.
• CCNA/CCNP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate reported network issues and diagnose root cause.
• Remotely work with onsite technicians to deploy new hardware or troubleshoot existing.
• Working with vendors as necessary to resolve issues.
• Reconfigure switchports to accommodate specific devices.
• Reconfiguring network devices according to established standards.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation.
• Remotely assist in turning-up new Internet circuits.
• Remotely assist in deploying networks at new sites.
