Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Network Architect to design and evolve our enterprise and cloud network architecture for a modern, cloud-first, multi-site environment. The role translates business needs into secure, scalable designs and collaborates with engineering, cloud operations, and security teams.

You will define reference designs, architect Azure-first solutions, govern security edges, and guide routing, switching, and wireless evolution while aligning with healthcare regulations

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise networking
• 3+ years in network architecture for large multi-site env
• Cloud networking with Azure
• Security-focused networking experience

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the target-state network architecture across cloud and on-premises
• Architect cloud network solutions in an Azure-first environment
• Design and govern the network security edge with zero-trust principles
• Guide evolution of enterprise routing, switching, and wireless infrastructure
• Support multi-cloud connectivity as part of a broader cloud strategy
• Ensure designs align with healthcare regulatory and security requirements
• Champion automation and Infrastructure-as-Code for provisioning and change management
• Present and defend architecture decisions to teams and stakeholders
• Evaluate emerging technologies and vendors for reliability, security and cost
• Collaborate with security on audit readiness
