Job summary

GuideIT, a US-based technology services company, seeks a Network Engineer to join our team. Remote position with on-site availability in the Dallas area when required; you will manage network support, configure devices, and ensure SLA compliance.

You will work with Cisco/Meraki/Palo Alto devices, Windows Server, Azure Entra ID, and ITIL processes to maintain secure, reliable networks across client environments. Excellent communication and multi-priority skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with Cisco, Meraki, or Palo Alto devices.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP and related protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage network support and tasks as directed by client lead.
• Configure and install routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs.
• Perform network maintenance, patches, security configurations, and upgrades.
• Monitor network performance and capacity planning.
• Adhere to change management and PCI compliance policies.
• Collaborate with security team to implement tools and procedures.
