Job summary

GuideIT, a US-based technology services company, is seeking a Network Engineer to join our team. The role focuses on network infrastructure, system administration, and cloud integration, with hands-on work on routers, switches, firewalls (Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto) and VPN configurations.

Proficiency in Windows Server management and familiarity with Linux and Office 365 is required. The ideal candidate will collaborate with security and IT teams to design, deploy, and maintain secure,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
Experience with Windows Server management and Active Directory
Cloud experience with AWS and Azure preferred
Familiarity with ITIL and PCI compliance

Responsibilities

Manage network support and related tasks for client sites
Configure and install routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs and load balancers
Perform network maintenance, patches, and security configurations
Monitor performance and ensure high availability and SLA compliance
Collaborate with security teams to implement tools and policies
Maintain network documentation and ticketing records
