Job summary

Red River is seeking a Network Deployment Engineer to deliver engineering services for customers, support the Professional Services Operations team during installations, and assist Managed Services projects. The role involves independent project work and collaboration with the engineering team and project managers.

The candidate will troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls, deploy security protocols, and create network configuration documentation. Travel up to 60% is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT delivery or support.
• Cisco CCNA or equivalent.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs.
• Familiarity with network security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support, install, and configure routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Deploy and troubleshoot security protocols across the network.
• Develop network and security configuration docs for customers.
• Maintain industry certifications as required.
• Provide end-user training on solutions.
• Assist in improving our delivery methodologies.
• Other business duties as assigned.
