Job summary

RFIP is seeking a motivated Network Engineer to join the delivery team. The role targets individuals early in their networking career with hands-on experience deploying wired and wireless infrastructure and a desire to grow across modern enterprise and large-scale environments.

You will work directly with customers to design, deploy, and optimize critical network infrastructure in a fast-paced, customer-first setting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on networking experience (professional or strong internship/lab experience).
• Experience deploying or supporting Cisco and/or Aruba switching and enterprise wireless networks.
• Familiarity with VLANs, routing, and basic network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support wired and wireless network infrastructure in customer environments.
• Install, configure, and test Cisco and Aruba switching/wireless solutions.
• Assist with network staging, configuration, and on-site implementation activities.
