Responsibilities

• Support, troubleshoot, install, and configure routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Deploy and troubleshoot security protocols across the network.
• Assist in developing and improving delivery methodologies.

Cisco Certified Network Associate

Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
