Job summary

Red River seeks a Network Deployment Engineer to deliver frontline engineering services for customers and support our Professional Services Operations during installations across the country.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT delivery, CCNA or equivalent, and a solid grasp of networking concepts and security fundamentals. This full-time remote role requires up to 60% travel and offers strong growth within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience delivering or supporting IT services.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
• Familiarity with network security fundamentals (segmentation, access control, firewall concepts, wireless LAN).
• Exposure to network automation concepts such as API and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Support, troubleshoot, install, and configure routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Deploy and troubleshoot security protocols across the network platform.
• Develop and refine network and security configuration documentation for customers.
• Maintain industry certifications as required.
• Provide end user training on solutions.
• Assist in developing, improving, and automating delivery methodologies.
• Other business duties as assigned.
