Job summary

Oscar Health is hiring a Specialist, Network Contracting to support membership growth and management within its Network Contracting Team. This remote role is open to candidates in AZ, FL, GA, and TX, reporting to the Manager, Network Contracting.

The position involves negotiating contracts, supporting network strategy, and ensuring providers have resources to deliver high-quality care. Base pay ranges from $29.74 to $39.03 per hour, with standard benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 1+ years healthcare or healthcare-related field.
1+ years of work experience in finance, performance management, operations, consulting, or a related field.
1+ years of experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google suite equivalent).
1+ years of experience in a client-facing or customer support capacity.
1+ year of project management experience.
Experience negotiating contracts, especially with ancillaries, facilities, specialty providers, and physician groups.
Experience in a customer support/customer service role.

Responsibilities

Support the design and execution of a network construction and support plan for a market with guidance from your manager.
Meet defined metrics and SLAs including provider outreach and contract completion.
Support overall contract negotiations, aligning on contracting strategies to bring new partners into the network.
Collaborate with senior analysts to identify, source, and contract providers in a region.
Document provider feedback and questions to improve templates and processes.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
