Job summary

Network to Code is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to drive technical pre-sales efforts in enterprise networking. You will build strong relationships with top accounts, translate complex requirements into scalable automation solutions, and shepherd PoCs from concept to value realization.

You will collaborate with sales and engineering to map customer needs to our Nautobot-based solutions, while shaping product feedback and ensuring successful adoption across large enterprises.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in building enterprise network automation solutions.
• Proven experience in IP networking and network DevOps.
• 5+ years in enterprise sales, sales engineering or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain, and grow relationships with key technical stakeholders at top accounts.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers throughout pre-sales and early post-sales lifecycle.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand requirements, architecture, pain points, and success criteria.
• Plan, execute, and manage customer PoCs or pilot projects, including defining success criteria.
• Create customer solution proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) with input from the professional services team.
• Collaborate with product management to influence the roadmap based on customer needs.
