Placements24 is seeking a motivated Graduate Network Administrator to join our IT team in a fully remote capacity. This entry-level role focuses on managing and maintaining robust network infrastructure, supporting operations, and assisting with cloud technologies and IT support from anywhere.

You will monitor performance, troubleshoot connectivity, install and configure network hardware, support security measures, and create clear network documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree or relevant certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Networking.
• Basic understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with network hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
• Support network security protocols and assist with vulnerability assessments.
• Provide remote technical support to end-users for network-related problems.
