In this role, you will help ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing connectivity across systems, users, and locations. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a service-focused approach to keeping business operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network systems, including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, and VPN connections.
• Support day-to-day network operations to help ensure availability, performance, and security.
• Configure, test, and document network hardware, software, and connectivity changes.
• Investigate and resolve network incidents, outages, and performance issues in a timely manner.
• Assist with network security controls, patching, access management, and best practices.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, backups, and system checks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support infrastructure projects and service improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of network topology, configurations, procedures, and asset inventory.
• Support user connectivity issues and elevate complex problems as needed.
• Participate in planning and implementation of network upgrades, expansions, and standardization efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and administering enterprise network environments.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, and wireless networking.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Experience with firewall management, VPNs, and basic network security practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Experience
