Job summary

Jobgether, a partner company, seeks a Network Administrator based in the United States to maintain stability, security, and performance of healthcare network infrastructures nationwide. This fully remote role involves monitoring LAN/WAN, troubleshooting incidents, and handling service requests with cross-functional teams.

You will participate in deployments, client onboarding, and ongoing process improvements, document configurations, and stay current with cybersecurity best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or associates in IT/Networking or equivalent experience.
• Experience with LAN/WAN, VoIP, and wireless networking.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with incident management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network alerts, incidents, and escalations; investigate and resolve.
• Provide daily administration for client LAN/WAN and wireless networks.
• Document configurations and changes with clear status updates.
• Analyze performance and identify vulnerabilities to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues across network infrastructure.
• Coordinate with ISPs and vendors to resolve incidents.
• Participate in deployments, onboarding, and project work.
• Maintain records of configurations, changes, and procedures.
• Contribute to standardization and improvement of admin processes.
• Collaborate with teams for onboarding and project delivery.
• Stay informed on new networking technologies and security threats.
• Support on-call rotations and occasional travel to client sites.
