Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a senior Infrastructure Engineer to provide technical leadership for enterprise healthcare IT modernization initiatives in a fully remote US environment. You will translate approved architectures into actionable plans, review designs, and coordinate across networks, cybersecurity, and vendor teams to ensure compliant, scalable infrastructure.

You will maintain technical baselines, support testing, and contribute to ISAs, PPSM, and ICD documentation while ensuring readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant IT infrastructure/network engineering experience.
• Experience coordinating enterprise infrastructure initiatives.
• Proven ability to review designs, plans, and vendor deliverables.
• Familiarity with federal IT standards, ISA, and PPSM processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for network and infrastructure programs.
• Translate architectures and standards into actionable implementation plans.
• Review designs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Support LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, DNS, and cloud connectivity.
• Identify dependencies and impacts across applications, cybersecurity, and testing.
• Maintain infrastructure baselines and engineering documentation.
• Coordinate activities across network, cybersecurity, and vendor teams.
• Review test plans and validation evidence for readiness.
• Assist in site readiness, cutover planning, and rollback preparation.
• Ensure solutions align with architectures and security requirements.
