Job summary

DAS Health is seeking a Remote Network Administrator to join our Network Engineering team. You will manage and troubleshoot client LAN, WAN, and wireless networks from a fully remote location, with occasional travel to client sites as needed.

You’ll engage in on-call rotations, support onboarding, and collaborate with multiple technical groups to ensure secure, stable healthcare networks. The role offers mentorship from senior engineers and opportunities to pursue certifications while you grow

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or related field, or equivalent network administration experience.
• 2+ years of network administration experience.
• Experience with LAN/WAN/Wireless and VoIP technologies and related platforms.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Triage network alerts, incidents and escalated tickets; escalate to Network Engineering when needed.
• Support DAS Health and client LAN, WAN, and wireless networks daily.
• Own tickets through resolution with clear documentation and timely updates.
• Monitor network performance, analyze trends, and address issues before outages.
• Coordinate with carriers and vendors to resolve issues.
• Support hands-on projects like deploying equipment and configuring switches/access points.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, field teams, Systems Engineering, and Identity Management during onboarding.
• Document configuration changes and maintain process documentation.
• Grow networking skills through training and certifications.
