Job summary

RF-SMART in Highlands Ranch, CO (also Jacksonville, FL or Remote) is seeking a NetSuite Implementation Project Manager. You will plan projects and ensure delivery within deadlines, coordinating with clients and multi-disciplinary teams.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, ERP implementation familiarity, and strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Travel to client sites and remote collaboration as needed; you will craft project plans, RAID logs, and change requests

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with ERP implementations preferred.
• Ability to manage resources, timelines, scope, and client expectations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage resources, timeline, scope, and customer expectations.
• Coordinate project deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Manage change requests, determine impact, and negotiate scope changes.
• Generate and deliver project plans and cost estimates to clients.
• Define functional and technical specs; support Go-Live planning and post Go-Live.
• Maintain project RAID logs.
• Support Sales to position solutions and provide project estimates.
• Serve as main point of contact for customers and escalations.
• Travel to client sites to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Coordinate resource allocation and capacity planning with managers.
• Identify process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and satisfaction.
