Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a NetSuite Implementation Specialist to drive a high-priority ERP rollout across multiple entities. This hands-on role focuses on configuring NetSuite, collaborating with finance teams, and ensuring a successful go-live in a global, fast-paced environment.

You will partner with IT and Finance, manage testing, onboarding, and post-implementation support, delivering scalable NetSuite solutions for international business units.

Qualifications

• Experience leading full NetSuite ERP implementation in a multinational organization.
• Strong expertise in NetSuite Financial Management, Procurement, and Inventory Management modules.
• Understanding of accounting principles; accounting experience or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on NetSuite configuration and implementation activities across multiple entities.
• Review existing project documentation, system designs, and implementation plans.
• Partner with accounting and finance teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into NetSuite solutions.
• Execute system configuration, testing, validation, and entity onboarding activities.
• Support successful go-live and adoption for global business units.
• Validate project deliverables and ensure success criteria are achieved.
• Provide recommendations for long-term NetSuite administration and support structures.
• Work closely with Finance, IT, and operational stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
