SystemsAccountants Inc. seeks a hands-on NetSuite Finance Consultant to support month-end close across three subsidiaries, optimize dashboards, and enhance financial reporting in a multi-subsidiary environment.

The role emphasizes NetSuite ERP proficiency, collaboration with accounting and operations, and ongoing optimization and best practices post-implementation. Remote work with PST preference and occasional travel to Ventura County may be required.

Formación

• 5+ years of accounting, finance, or NetSuite consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, preferably within a OneWorld environment.
• Experience supporting month-end close and financial reporting functions.
• Understanding of multi-entity accounting and financial consolidations.
• Experience creating and optimizing NetSuite saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Ability to analyze existing processes, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and interact effectively with both accounting and operational teams.
• Prior experience supporting organizations following a NetSuite implementation is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support month-end close activities across three subsidiaries.
• Assist with account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and close-related processes.
• Evaluate and improve existing month-end workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Review and optimize NetSuite financial reports, saved searches, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual workarounds.
• Troubleshoot accounting and reporting issues within NetSuite.
• Partner with accounting and operational stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and recommend solutions.
• Document processes and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements and best practices.
