Beacon Hill Technologies in the United States is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance an established NetSuite ERP environment. This role partners with Finance, Accounting, IT and other stakeholders to support day-to-day operations and system improvements.

The role covers administering NetSuite users, roles, permissions, and security; developing workflows, dashboards, and saved searches; integrating with third-party apps; and training users to maximize adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or equivalent experience.
• NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification.
• 2+ years administering NetSuite ERP.
• 1+ year working with Finance/Accounting teams.
• Knowledge of NetSuite functionality (Financials/CRM/Inventory/Order Management).
• Understanding of general ledger and accounts payable.

Responsabilités

• Administer NetSuite users, roles, permissions, and security.
• Support NetSuite enhancements, upgrades, integrations, implementations, and customizations.
• Develop workflows, dashboards, reports, and saved searches.
• Gather requirements from business users and translate into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and assist end users.
• Monitor system performance and maintain integrity.
• Support third-party integrations and coordinate with external vendors.
• Develop user documentation and training materials.
• Train users and encourage adoption of NetSuite functionality.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting on reporting, workflows, automation, and process improvement.
• Support testing and development of automated test scripts.
• Stay current on NetSuite functionality, releases, and best practices.
