Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies seeks a NetSuite Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance an established NetSuite ERP environment. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and other stakeholders to support day-to-day operations and implement system improvements.

This role offers growth as you work with senior NetSuite resources, stay current on releases, and help optimize processes while supporting users across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification.
• 2+ years of experience administering or supporting NetSuite ERP.
• 1+ year working with Finance or Accounting teams and requirements.
• Knowledge of NetSuite functionality such as Financials, CRM, Inventory, or Order Management.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support NetSuite, including users, roles, permissions, and security controls.
• Support NetSuite enhancements, upgrades, integrations, implementations, and customizations.
• Develop and maintain workflows, dashboards, reports, and saved searches.
• Gather requirements from business users and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and assist end users.
