Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance an established NetSuite ERP environment. The role partners with Finance, Accounting, IT, and other stakeholders to support day-to-day operations, implement system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support NetSuite, including users, roles, permissions, and security controls.
• Support NetSuite enhancements, upgrades, integrations, implementations, and customizations.
• Develop and maintain workflows, dashboards, reports, and saved searches.
• Gather requirements from business users and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and assist end users.
• Monitor system performance and maintain system integrity.
• Support third-party integrations and coordinate with external vendors.
• Develop user documentation and training materials.
• Train users and encourage adoption of NetSuite functionality.
• Partner closely with Finance and Accounting teams on reporting, workflows, automation, and process improvement.
• Support testing and development of automated test scripts.
• Stay current on NetSuite functionality, releases, and system best practices.
