Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance an established NetSuite ERP environment. The role partners with Finance, Accounting, IT, and other stakeholders to drive improvements and empower end users.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of NetSuite experience, relevant certifications, and a strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions while staying current with NetSuite releases and best practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience administering or supporting NetSuite ERP.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related discipline.
• NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification.
• Experience with Finance/Accounting teams.
• Knowledge of NetSuite Financials, CRM, Inventory, or Order Management.

Responsibilities

• Administer NetSuite users, roles, permissions, and security.
• Support NetSuite enhancements, upgrades, integrations, implementations, and customizations.
• Develop workflows, dashboards, reports, and saved searches.
• Gather requirements from business users and translate to solutions.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and assist end users.
• Monitor system performance and maintain system integrity.
• Support third-party integrations and vendor coordination.
• Create user documentation and training materials.
• Train users and promote NetSuite adoption.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting on reporting and processes.
• Assist testing and development of automated test scripts.
• Stay current on NetSuite functionality and best practices.
