Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• 2+ years of NetSuite ERP administration or support experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support NetSuite users, roles, permissions, and security.
• Assist NetSuite enhancements, upgrades, integrations, implementations, and customizations.
• Develop dashboards, reports, saves searches, and workflows.
• Gather requirements from business users and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and support end users; monitor system performance.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting on reporting and process improvements.
