Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance our established NetSuite ERP. You will collaborate with Finance, Accounting, IT, and other stakeholders to drive day-to-day operations, implement enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience administering or supporting NetSuite ERP.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support NetSuite, including users, roles, permissions, and security controls.
• Support NetSuite enhancements, upgrades, integrations, implementations, and customizations.
• Develop and maintain workflows, dashboards, reports, and saved searches.
• Gather requirements from business users and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and assist end users.
• Monitor system performance and maintain system integrity.
• Support third-party integrations and coordinate with external vendors.
• Develop user documentation and training materials.
• Train users and encourage adoption of NetSuite functionality.
• Partner closely with Finance and Accounting teams on reporting, workflows, automation, and process improvement.
