Job summary

Systems Accountants is assisting a US-based SaaS/online services company in finding a skilled NetSuite Administrator. This role is remote for East Coast candidates, with a base salary range of $90,000–$100,000 and 3–4+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience.

The candidate will support and optimize the financial systems environment, handling GL, AP, AR, billing, revenue, assets, and cash management while driving system enhancements and data integrity across Finance operations.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of NetSuite Administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite's financial and accounting functionality.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day NetSuite administration, including users, roles, permissions, workflows, dashboards, saved searches, reports, forms, fields, and system configurations.
• Support core Finance and Accounting processes within NetSuite, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing, revenue-related processes, fixed assets, cash management, and financial reporting.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy system enhancements, workflows, automations, and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely support to end users.
• Manage NetSuite releases, upgrades, testing, and ongoing system optimization.
• Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards, and other tools to support financial and operational reporting.
• Support integrations between NetSuite and other business applications, including troubleshooting data flows and coordinating with internal and external technical teams.
• Assist with data imports, exports, migrations, and ongoing data integrity initiatives.
• Maintain appropriate system documentation, including configurations, processes, controls, and user procedures.
• Support internal controls, audit requirements, and compliance initiatives associated with a publicly traded company.
• Evaluate opportunities to automate manual processes and improve the scalability and efficiency of Finance and Accounting operations.
• Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to NetSuite users across the organization.
• Participate in cross-functional projects involving Finance, Accounting, IT, and other business teams.
