Beacon Hill Staffing Group seeks a NetSuite Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance an established NetSuite ERP environment. The role partners with Finance, Accounting, IT and other stakeholders to support day-to-day operations, implement system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and improve processes.

This is an early-to-mid-career opportunity to work with more senior NetSuite resources while developing technical and functional capabilities in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in IT or related field.
• NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification.
• At least 2 years of NetSuite ERP administration or support.
• At least 1 year working with Finance or Accounting teams.

Responsabilités

• Administer and support NetSuite, including users, roles, permissions, and security.
• Support NetSuite enhancements, upgrades, integrations, implementations, and customizations.
• Develop and maintain workflows, dashboards, reports, and saved searches.
• Gather requirements from business users and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and assist end users.
• Monitor system performance and maintain data integrity.
• Support third-party integrations and coordinate with external vendors.
• Develop user documentation and training materials.
• Train users and encourage adoption of NetSuite functionality.
• Partner closely with Finance and Accounting teams on reporting, workflows, automation, and process improvement.
• Support testing and development of automated test scripts.
• Stay current on NetSuite functionality, releases, and system best practices.
