Job summary

EPITEC is seeking a Software Engineer (.NET / Full Stack) for a 100% remote US-based contract role through Oct 2026. The ideal candidate will deliver enterprise web applications, APIs, and microservices while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile setting.

The position requires 8+ years of experience with C#, .NET Core, Angular, React.js, and JavaScript, plus strong API and data-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of software engineering or application development experience.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, Angular, React.js, and JavaScript.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of testing, debugging, and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with Git and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise apps using C#, .NET Core, Angular, React, and JavaScript.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver technology solutions.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize code.
• Conduct software testing and debugging.
• Monitor application health and reliability in production.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Create technical documentation and reports.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and work with distributed teams.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.
