Job summary

VetsEZ seeks a .NET Developer for a 100% remote role, supporting VA Data Migration & Syndication initiatives within the EHRM-IO. You will design, develop, test, and maintain secure C#/.NET Core applications and SQL data integration solutions for enterprise migration efforts.

Work within a remote, multidisciplinary Agile team with architects, DB specialists, QA, and federal stakeholders. Participate in SDLC, troubleshooting, production support, and security-focused development, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database development with MS SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
• Experience delivering RESTful and SOAP services; proficient with modern development tools and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain secure applications for VA healthcare data migration and syndication.
• Develop and maintain database-driven applications and data integration interfaces.
• Collaborate with EHRM architects and cross-functional teams on technical solutions and interoperability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, perform unit/integration testing, and ensure secure deployments and monitoring.
• Participate in Agile SDLC activities and code reviews; support CI/CD processes and security validation.
• Evaluate AI-assisted development and LLM integrations to improve code generation, testing, and data mapping.
