Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years in related discipline, with at least 5 years developing software using ASP/.NET, C#, SQL Server in cloud.
• At least 3 years supervising software development teams delivering enterprise web applications.
• PMP, ScrumMaster and Agile experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and manage development of automated systems within the ISD unit.
• Supervise Project Leaders, Programmer/Analysts, and Business Analysts; mentor staff and manage budgets.
• Prepare reports and support hiring processes; ensure compliance and policy adherence.
