Job summary

Syms Strategic Group, LLC is seeking an experienced C# Developer - II for a 100% remote position. The role sits within the Veterans Affairs department, requiring U.S. citizenship and Public Trust clearance, with a strong focus on .NET development, RESTful APIs, and enterprise-grade software.

The ideal candidate has five or more years in .NET, MVC architecture, and CI/CD practices, working in an Agile environment. Candidates from CA, CO, IL, MN, NJ, NY, OR, or WA are not eligible.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of software development using .NET technologies.
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level applications.
• Strong knowledge of MVC/.NET Core and RESTful APIs.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical planning and requirements definition for software systems.
• Develop and test back-end services using C# and .NET Core.
• Collaborate in Agile teams and participate in daily stand-ups.
• Ensure performance, quality, and reliability of applications.
• Mentor junior developers and review code for quality.
