Job summary

Syms Strategic Group, LLC is seeking a talented C# Developer - II for a remote role supporting the Veterans Affairs department. You will develop .NET back-end solutions, implement RESTful APIs, and participate in CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of .NET experience, strong OOP, and hands-on with Azure/AWS, SQL Server, and modern DevOps practices; security best practices and performance tuning are valued. U.S. Citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies.
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level applications.
• Proven track record leading development initiatives on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical planning, requirements definition, test planning and execution, and software systems integration.
• Develop back-end services using .NET, C#, and MVC, ensuring quality and performance.
• Participate in daily stand-ups as an active member of the software team.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes to production.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable software solutions.
• Document software designs and interfaces for maintainability.
