Job summary

Liberty Healthcare Corporation is hiring for a Level of Needs (LON) Assessor. This temporary, time-limited role runs mid-October for about two to five months and may lead to permanent opportunities.

You will work mainly remotely from home, with occasional in-person meetings in the local region to discuss the LON assessments with individuals and families. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a human service-related field and at least one year of experience supporting people with autism,

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience supporting people with autism, developmental disabilities or traumatic brain injury is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a human service-related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive training on the Level of Needs (LON) assessment.
• Administer LON assessments to individuals living with developmental disabilities.
• Meet primarily by video and occasionally in-person with individuals, families, guardians and caregivers.
• Complete structured forms and reports within established timeframes.
