Job summary

Liberty Healthcare Corporation is seeking a Level of Needs Assessor to support a time-limited project starting mid-October, primarily remote with occasional in-person meetings in the Boise region. Applicants must reside in Idaho and commit to the full project duration.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in a human service-related field and have at least one year of relevant experience, with the ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines on established timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human service-related field
• At least one year of experience supporting people who are living with autism, developmental disabilities or traumatic brain injury
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Receive training on the Level of Needs (LON) assessment
• Administer LON assessments to individuals who are living with developmental disabilities
• Meet primarily by video and occasionally in-person with people and their families, guardians and caregivers
• Complete structured forms and reports within established timeframes
